I am a “Lone Heron” basking by the sea …

Staring into the waters of the reflection of thee …

On the shores sit humans as quiet as can be …

Taking pictures of peaceful me …

Off in the distance are the sounds of pounding rain …

Even further is the sound of a roaring train …

Oh how still the waters lay …

As I move elegantly on my way …

Enjoy the serenity as it occurs …

Sit back and relax like a kitten who purrs …

I am a “Lone Heron” basking by the sea …

Wondering what others may think of me …

I’d be happy to share …

To the ones who truly care …

When the sun goes down and the waters turn black …

The only thing missing is the reflection I lack …

Be free and alert when you look out at the beach …

Aware of the “Lone Heron” who is just out of reach …

The “I” in me …

Loves the “I” in thee …

We’re all one …

In sorrow and fun …

Make every day a special day …

Offer the HoOponopono mantra when you pray …

We’ve all made mistakes but worry not …

Simply say I’m sorry and forgiveness will be sought …

Should you do something that does not agree …

Repeat the words forgive me …

Always be grateful for the good others do …

Use the powerful words of thank you …

Speak caring words to all and of course you know who …
